My political cartoon has a lot to say, it describes the political government of the story “Harrison Bergeron”. It shows Diana podium and she is d ressed like a dictator, she has all of the citizens chained and she is mine controlling all of them. On the left she has the constitution in flames. The constitution stands for freedom and to be able to free speak, the constitution is our life and its on flames. My message to my cartoon is to reveal the truth about how communist community works by Diana burning the constitution and mine controlling the people to thinking this is equal. I am relating my political cartoon to the story by showing my view on how Diana is really controlling the people and how she handicaps them from there natural abilities.

Political Cartoon
Political Cartoon is a picture to describe a event that occurred in that time frame and its also to prove a point to the readers weather its negative or positive point for example.
This is a political cartoon of Obama. If you take a look a the picture you can see that Obama has a huge dollar bill on his face and it has twenty five million righting on it. This represents the the money that Obama paid for health insurance. On the bottom there are words that say, NO I don't think it makes you look presidential! This means that she disagrees with the judgment that Obama made with the health plan and this is tyring to prove a point that Obama's plane wasn't the best thing for this country.

"The Metamorphosis" Chapter 3
The story Metamorphosis is very deep in the writing and is a great short story to read, to make you think of how your family works. I think the author [Kafka] made Gregor a bug for a purpose or to prove a point. The idea of turning the protagonist into a bug, I think was to find the true meaning of the limits of a family. To make you extend your understanding how far one will you go for his/her own family and realize the patience needed to save a struggling family member. Not only to make you realize but to make you improve how you act towards your family and how you impact your family.
It is very weird that he chose a cockroach for Gregor’s transformation and still I wonder what made him came up with this absurd idea. I believe he used a cockroach instead of a monkey or a frog to have a better impact on the readers than the impact he could get from a frog or a monkey. In a fairy tail every person knows there is going to be a happy ending and the cute little animals of a fairy tail will lead to the happy ending where a cockroach is a nasty bug that no one likes and I think the author wanted the reader to have deeper reflections about the story than a fairy tail where everyone knows how the story will conclude. At the end of the story you still feel sorry for Gregor that went through all this trouble and after all his limitations he ended shameful.

"The Metamorphosis" Chapter 2
Samsa family in my perspective had the benefits as a family before Gregor transformed into a bug. This is because Gregor was the only one to support the family while the sister was spoiled. The dad didn’t have to work and the mom could relax in peace. The family was just so used to the normal routine that every one was happy and every body was benefiting. “Those had been beautiful days, Gregor later earned so much money that he was in a position to bear the expenses of the entire family.” Pg. 10
After the transformation of Gregor the family started to fall apart and case harm to each other. Each of them had to work to keep up with Gergor salary that he used to make. “Now, although his father was old, he was healthy man who had not worked at all for five years and thus could not be counted on for very much. His own Mother now perhaps worked for money, a woman suffered from asthma. Should his sister earn money? the girl who was only 17 years old, a child whose earlier life style had been so very delightful.” Pg.10 Working was a major part of the harm that was causing them to fall apart. Another part that is causing harm to the family is Gregor him self. He is too much trouble to take care of and the Mom keeps fainting when Gregor escaped from his room making the sister mad at him and also making her cry and that made the dad want to kill Gregor to be able to live peacefully and to stop all the pain that the family was going through. “She caught sight of the enormous brown splotch on the flowered wallpaper. She screamed out in a high pitched raw voice “Oh God, Oh God” and fell with outstretched arms.” “Gregor you….” “Cried out his sister with a raised fist.” Pg.13 “Father filled his pockets. Throwing apples after apple.” Pg.14
Rules of a healthy family
1. Respecting boundaries
2. Support the family members that are struggling.
3. Open communication
4. Encouragement
5. Quality time
Grade
C I give them a C becuase even though they had some struggles when Gregor transformend they still been a great family and had a great comunicatiaon before the transfermation.

"The Metamorphosis" Chapter 1
Gregory has too much to do that there is no break for him that makes him feel dehumanized. In the beginning of the story, [part one] Gregory was turn into a bug! Rather than to worry of what he has just become he thinks about what the people at work will have to say when he gets to work late. The character develops so the reader feels like he is spending all of his life working and not enjoying the time. He had seen the character as being dehumanized. Gregory still complains about his boss’ demands and is trying to understand what will happen if he does miss his work for a day?
Running around and around selling things door to door saying the same lines over and over again gets tiring. Doing that same rutine every day and every year till you die sounds like a robot. A robot that has no purpose and that has no meaning to its life is very dehumanizing.
